Are masks necessary for children during the pandemic?
The World Health Organization and the United Nations recommended that masks are used for children aged six years and older during the Covid- 19 pandemic. Research has proven that masking is an effective way to reduce the spread of COVID especially in settings where people(including children) cannot be vaccinated.
As children return to school in the midst of the pandemic, the wearing of masks will help in protecting children from exposure to COVID-19.
Rizingstarz Starz believes that all children deserve to be protected regardless of their socio-economic status.
On Friday Rizingstarz shipped barrels consisting of masks ( children and adults) gloves, books, and other school supplies to orphanages in Ghana West Africa.
